Service Officers
You may also contact your County Veterans Service Officer. We have officers in 75 counties who are trained and supervised by ADVA to serve the veterans, their dependents and survivors.
When requesting benefits and services, a copy of the veteran's discharge papers are required to verify eligibility. Our office has DD-214's going back to 1985. Veterans may also check their C-file. If you are unable to locate your DD-214 in local or state offices, you can request copies of your Military Personnel Records.
