LITTLE ROCK, Ark. --- The Deputy Under Secretary for Finance and Planning and Chief Financial Officer for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration is scheduled to present a check for $5.7 million to the Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at North Little Rock during a ceremony scheduled for Monday October 15 at 10 a.m.
