Arkansas is home to more than 19 thousand women veterans!  ADVA WVP  Identify, research, and monitor the unique challenges faced by Arkansas women veterans; recommend initiatives and policy proposals; collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of government and private organizations on issues specific to Arkansas women veterans while building partnerships and resources; increase public awareness of the gender-specific needs of women veterans through outreach, and ensure that women veterans in the State of Arkansas have equitable access to federal and state veterans' benefits and services through education.
